مُحَمَّلاً بأسماء الغافلين دُعائي

بعض الأسماء تزينت حُسنى

وتتجلَّى

وباقيات التأمل أتاها بهرجُ السلوى

أضغاثا من قصيد الليل اليتيم

عربيا

إقرأ و ربك،بسم الله أنت العلي

إني لست بشاعر مجنون

والقَسَمُ أَعظمُ ،أَقرأه جمالا

من مُحيَّا الأسماء..

لاتكتب قصيدا

تلك الحياة بأسماءنا تحيا

عياذا بالغفلة إلهي

رُدَّني نورا في حبك

والقصيد يكتبني...

Do not write your poem bearing the names of the heedless. My supplications. Some names are adorned with goodness and are manifested and the rest of the meditation brought to it by the blush of solace. I and the pen, may God pardon and honor the letter Arabic.
